The service is slow here and the communication is little to none. We made an appointment at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and didn't get our vehicle back until almost 2:00 the next day because, "something came up," and they didn't even tell us to reschedule or anything. What should have been a one-day job was a two-day job. When told that they were going to let us know the total, "in a few" they didn't let us know until the next day. I've always been afraid of going to actual licensed mechanics due to their pricing, but I've been to Jake several times and he never breaks the bank and provides awesome service!
Six star shop best customer service I’ve got.
My wife and I have gotten service here a few times and every time it has been amazing and reasonably priced, sometimes even lower than what we have anticipated! Jake is extremely fair and he really cares about each vehicle that comes into his shop. He is our go to for brakes, rotors and muffler work!
