I used this company because they had an A+ rating with the BBB but no one had ever done a review before. They arrived on time but I should have been alerted when they were in a rental truck. They parked in front of my apartment and carried everything down over a hill to the truck be cause they had no moving equipment with them. It took them all day and finally I told them to stop cutting plastic off because I was worn out. In my opinion this business did a very bad job. We paid extra to have our items packed wrapped and protected, instead they seemed to be thrown into boxes. We've since discovered our TV is cracked, our recliner chair broken, an electric fireplace was broken. Numerous items were left behind in our old apartment which we had to spend considerable effort retrieving. We tried to resolve the quality issues with the GM but quality seemed to be irrelevant.
