We absolutely love Jake’s! Every interaction with the workers are extremely friendly and they even go out of their way to help. I had my hands full one am with my kiddos and trying to get my trash out! They offered to take my trash out for me ! They do an impeccable job and their office is so easy and friendly to deal with. They are also a local small business, they truly care about the job they do!
I have dealt with Jake’s for years and have had nothing but professionalism and their work is bar none! Their super family orientated and show true care and concern for their customers! I do not know how the 2 bad reviews came about but he must be talking about a different company because this is definitely not the Jake’s I’ve known for years! May just be a bitter person, who knows!
Unreliable, shoddy service. Find a real maintenance company unless you want to have to constantly fight to not be embarrassed by your yard. I have no idea who they bribed to get 5 star reviews but you should avoid this service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This outfit provides mow and blow service at full service prices. They come irregularly but charge anyway. If you try to contact them, they hide behind text messages and tell you to call the mythical "Jake". Avoid at all cost.
