The service was excellent. Jake went above and beyond. Told me exactly what he was doing and showed me the problem he found Showed up as promised and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.
Outstanding customer service and punctual.
Not a professional, don’t get fooled like I did. I feel many people have been fooled with his services, because they don’t check his work after. The small vacuum and hoses he uses don’t do the job properly which he claims it does. Avoid him and pay more for a real professional. This is not courtesy when you don’t do your job, Jake, there are 7 return vents. You missed 3 and the other 4 are still duty inside. Which means you did half the job. Jake cleaned my dryer vent today. He was on time, easy to contact. He did a great job and was very thorough. His price was very reasonable.
