My wife and I bought flooring from Jake’s when we first got our house in July 2022. The floors were completely gutted and they laid down the floors in our entire house. We started having issues a year later in the living room. To this day, three people have been out. The third person came July 2024 and relaid the flooring in the living room after going back and forth with Jake’s about them not having our flooring available.
