If I could give a Zero I would. I have used this car wash for years. Last month I took my brand new 2025 car through the wash and it looked worse than when I started. Spots all over the car.. Soap residue,. It looked like it had never been washed. I thought it might be a one off, That they would have fixed the problem so I went again and my car turn out to be a disaster. I love this car wash, and the manager is a friend of mine, so I felt I had to say something here. I just wanted to respectfully point out that this location was actually closed for almost three months and only reopened about two weeks ago with new staff and systems. Most folks in town were aware of the closure, which makes me a bit curious about the timeline mentioned — specifically the washes said to have happened last month. This place sjoul not advertise open 24 hrs. It never seems to be open! Very frustrating when I drive home from Barrie to support a local business and can only get a car wash maybe 50% of the time.
