We have taken our cars to Jake several times. He does a great job explaining the issues and fixes are done very timely.
Fast honest service. Out of all the times we have been there he has never tried to upsell me on things we don’t need. He gives it to you straight and addresses the issue you go in for and if he finds something else he lets you know your options without some nonsense about a catastrophic failure if you don’t pay him to do x, y, and z immediately.
