Service and diagnostic. Efficient Knowledgeable and Affordable. Unable to come back again as he is no longer operating under this address. Originally I thought Jake showed that he had the expertise to do major work on all types of vehicles. He did the main seal on my VW Touareg which involved pulling out the whole motor and gearbox, however after twelve months of driving I find that his work was questionable and I have had to spend extra many on fixing his work. Fantastic professionalism and customer service offered by Jake and his team. Got my WRC done here and Jake broke down in detail exactly what needed to be done and give estimates of best and worst case scenarios for work that needed to be carried out, which is above and beyond what any other mechanic in Cairns would do. Most importly his honest work and pricing is second to none and I will certainly be returning for future work. I cannot reccommend enough.
