Trusted Jake’s with our vehicles for over 20 years-always found them to be fair and honest. However, we had a terrible experience with the new owner. We initially gave him the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to correct damage that he caused, but he was argumentative and not helpful. Rather than standing behind the work to get our vehicle running properly, a different shop ended up correcting the damage and we filed a lawsuit to get our money back. Jake's has done a lot of work on my truck. They are always fair and honest. They do quality work and am I always happy with their quality.
Tire blew out on I-41 and a tow-truck was there within ten minutes of my call. They were able to get a replacement tire on and the whole encounter was only about an hour. Reasonably priced as well for the time constraints put on them. Highly recommend.
