Trusted Jake’s with our vehicles for over 20 years-always found them to be fair and honest. However, we had a terrible experience with the new owner. We initially gave him the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to correct damage that he caused, but he was argumentative and not helpful. Rather than standing behind the work to get our vehicle running properly, a different shop ended up correcting the damage and we filed a lawsuit to get our money back.
