I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop. I needed someone suddenly due to issues with my engine in my Kia Sorento. I Was so leery and unsure which shop to trust and decided on this one based on the reviews and I’m so thankful I did. Absolutely incredible people here. We came 45 minutes out this way to hike for my birthday today and quickly realized our van was making a scary clunking sound. Drove to Jakes as it was right near us and the gentleman fixed it up for us right away. We are a single income family of 6 and had almost nothing we could give them to help us, and the little bit we did have, they didnt want it. They have no idea how much they blessed our family this afternoon. Thank you
We had a fantastic experience! We needed a new timing belt on our van and when we called to make an appointment we didn't realize how far out they would be booked. But they squeezed us in so we could get it done before we went on vacation. So grateful! While they had it I called and asked if they could look at the breaks while they had it. They did, replaced the rotors, and still had it finished in one day. Very kind and professional. And reasonably priced as well. We could not have been happier.
Really friendly people and the prices are great.
Fast and clear estimate, great service, ready on time, and charged me literally 50% less than one of the “brand name” shops in town. Will be using Jake’s for all my service from now on.
