Mark and his team at Jake’s Auto are unbelievable. Never upselling and always truthful. It’s a great feeling to go to a mechanic and not have to worry about “other” things that mysteriously pop up. The best in Arizona!!!
Hands down my favorite mechanic. Even now that I’ve moved farther away, I still make the trip to go here because I trust them and they do a great job. They are honest and don’t try to swindle or upsell you. They’re very genuine and fair.
Replaced my engine mount and did an excellent job getting my oil change timely had my car back the same day!!! Very efficient
I was driving thru Phoenix and had a small mechanical issue. Jake's had great reviews and I was NOT disappointed. He was able to get me right in, kindly helped me unload my dogs from the car and got me on the road in less than 20 minutes. He definitely deserves all these stellar reviews!
Outstanding shop. Had the whole front end rebuilt. Had some problems with the cv boots blowing out. Fully warranty the work and helped me figure out why it was happening. Honest very knowledgeable and helpful.
