Absolutely, no professionalism here. The guy said come in on Sunday, even though people stiff him and never show. We were there on time. Just needed tires balanced. He right away started complaining like a teenager. Instantly bitching about Fords, no good lifting points. So, why not just do one at time? The "mechanic" was loud with his complaining.
