I had an absolutely appalling experience with Jake. He was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. I was with my girlfriend, my child was sick, and my car was broken down. Despite my repeated, polite requests for him to address the issue, he ignored me and pretended to be busy with other vehicles. His disregard for my situation was shocking. In the end, I had no choice but to book a taxi and hand my car over to a towing service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place, especially if Jake is involved.

Absolutely, no professionalism here. The guy said come in on Sunday, even though people stiff him and never show. We were there on time. Just needed tires balanced. He right away started complaining like a teenager. Instantly bitching about Fords, no good lifting points. So, why not just do one at time? The "mechanic" was loud with his complaining. I will never use this auto shop again very rude and over charged, refused to finish the job.
