Jake came to my rescue when my kitchen ceiling developed a leak. I had no idea what was happening above my Kitchen. Did I have a roof leak, did my instant hot water blow a hose? Jake is very reliable and honest. I am a contractor and a lot of times I get calls for handyman type of work and I send them his way. He has multiple skill sets. He also is very capable of figuring it out. I highly recommend him.
I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was. Very reasonable price for the work he did.
