We appreciate Jake’s work and allowing us to own such a beautiful house we can call ours! Jake is such a great person to work with. We know him personally, but seeing him working is so different! He is so focused on trying to find you the perfect home! We almost didn’t get our house, but Jake fought hard and ended up turning things around for us. He does a great job. I highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor!

Jake treated our house sale like it was for his own family. He steered us to the best house in the neighborhood. It was less costly than some of the others available. He toured us through the final two houses via FaceTime, and we chose the one that needed NO WORK on the spot! The house closed ahead of time, efficiently and enjoyably. Jake negotiated nearly $30K off the listing price with a tough Seller.
