They left me sitting 1/3 into the lane. There was no shoulder unless I drove up on the sidewalk. It took them 5 hours plus two companies that flaked and then called out for a third at 11:30 p.m. to find out that they don't have what they need to change the freaking tire what's the point of paying all this money if they can't even change a tire regardless of what kind of jacket needs that's their job to have the tools to change a tire sometimes even specialty tools that come with the truck. they left me there constantly in da... read more
Don't use Geico, their incompetent inspectors will break your vehicle, they will try to weasel out of paying for damages and thefts, and will claim they cant reimburse you for inspections they requested and you had to pay for!
I stopped in the Vancouver office and Jake and his staff Jared are super kind, supportive and helpful with filing claims and getting my glass repair needs set up for my vehicle. They walked me through how things are taken care of with the claim process as well as other things. I'll definitely be back for sure. Thank you both again.
