After a $180 oil change, the mechanic scratched my truck while servicing it. When I noticed the scratches at home, I called and talked to the service manager. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or is always a grump but the lack of empathy and responsibility he showed was inexcusable. Not once did he or anyone there apologize for the scratch or the inconvenience of me having to drive back in for them to look at it.
