The entire staff including Francee, Haley, Haven, Dylan and all the others are the best! I've been with St Farm over 50 years and with Jake Stanley since he continued on from Tommy Hooks. They are the truely the most helpful, professional and kindest group ever. I remsin a loyal customer and friend.
Just want to give a shout-out to Jenny, our State Farm agent. She goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. She did a great job explaining the questions we had about our auto coverage! We feel very confident if and when we need her she will be there to handle our claim.
I have always dealt with the Griffin, GA office and the service has always been great. Landon immediately jumps on any glitch and gets it resolved. A real pleasure to do business with. I was with Geico and was pleased with the service but I was getting a minimum of 2 rate increases per year and not small ones. So far I totally recommend this company, if they keep rate increases realistic they will have me as a customer for a long, long time.
