Jake was an incredible help in dealing with my Duromax Generator. He was both very patient and knowledgeable. His knowledge on wiring, electrical components, and small engines in general is second to none. On many occasions I would call Jake and he’d always give me a full explanation as to what’s going on, what I need to do going forward, and the reasons why my generator was not working.
