Jake has been absolutely amazing. Pricing is fantastic. He listens to you and has been the most respectful mechanic I have ever encountered. Coming from a women this means the world! I have done most repairs myself but I have a sports car and can not do the things that require getting under it. I would recommend Jake's Auto to everyone!.
I can see why all the hype. They did work on our RAV4, transparent, fair prices, Jake was super patient with us, explained what they did and suggested some maintenance best practice. His crew was just as nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
I've taken a couple of our vehicles to Jake's over the past 5 years and have always been 100% satisfied with the work and the price. Recently, I called to make an appointment for an ignition issue on my truck. After explaining what was happening, he recommended trying a quick swap of the starter relay and the fuel pump relay to test it. That seemed to do the trick so I purchased a replacement relay and haven't had an issue since.
