I've taken a couple of our vehicles to Jake's over the past 5 years and have always been 100% satisfied with the work and the price. Recently, I called to make an appointment for an ignition issue on my truck. After explaining what was happening, he recommended trying a quick swap of the starter relay and the fuel pump relay to test it. That seemed to do the trick so I purchased a replacement relay and haven't had an issue since. Very happy with Jakes Auto. Very friendly. He gave me a quote and that's what I paid, my truck was ready for pick up same day even with the extras I asked for. It's out in the country, don't be deterred, worth the drive! Bonus points, when you walk in the shop there was a friendly blonde doggy to meet you :) Will be back for the remaining work I need done.
