Jake sent me one of those letters “Hey I have a buyer for your house, can I show it? “ Which I have never responded to, but Jake’s was different, so I called him. A great example of manufacturing a deal, I was very impressed with Jake throughout the process and highly recommend him. The Deal: Jake approached us 11/2023, Buyers signed 2/2024, Sale closed 6/2024, allowing us 4 months to clear out from 30 years of living. Thanks again Jake! Dan Sheehan Retired
