I would definitely recommend 1 Percent Lists to anyone looking to buy a home! Jake was very helpful in explaining the home buying process and answering any questions that came up. He was always willing to share his expertise, from the time I was just starting to think about buying a home, all the way through closing. It was incredibly helpful to have somebody with his expertise in order to navigate this process and make sure I found a home that met all of my needs!

Jake is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and I highly recommend him. I had to sell a home of a deceased family member and I was out of state.
