We liked Jake so much, we used him again. Except this time it was the busiest time of the year for my work and he took care of literally everything. I never even stepped into the home. He has a lot of connections with various repair people/companies, so repairs could be completed quickly and honestly, probably for a better price I'd be able to get on my own. He has such a calm personality and knew the answer for everything. On top of that, he is just a super friendly person. He will for sure be a permanent contact for us.

Jake has been amazing through the process of selling my grandmothers house. My grandmother passed away and Jake was really helpful and considerate in everything he did. Jake did a great job of explaining certain aspects of real estate to me when I was not particularly knowledgeable. The Lions Realty Group was available at all times of the day and was flexible with my schedule. I will definitely work with Lions Realty Group again in the future.

This is an agent that goes above and beyond, and always without being asked. I pray that he will stay on my team for the rest of my life. I’m living in Florida, and it’s as if I’m still there in WA myself. When I have Jake in my corner, I never worry about a thing when it comes to my rental being taken care of 100% correctly. He’s also my sales and purchase expert.
