We all know the usual urgent care experience, and it's usually not pleasant and very lengthy. So imagine my surprise when I walked in and found the exact opposite. The facility is very well maintained. The young lady at the front desk was thorough, pleasant and very accommodating. The nurse who checked my vitals and got me checked in (I cannot recall her name, but her nails were to be envied) was so pleasant and knowledgeable, she instantly made me feel at ease.
