Expect to waste an hour every time you come here. “The doctor is behind schedule” is the standard excuse. Even after being called in, I waited another 30 minutes for a 3-minute appointment. This is a complete lack of respect for patients. Based on my experience, I find the 4.9-star rating very difficult to believe.
Modern medical tech, a patient portal with access logs, nice staff, and a doctor who actually listens. So glad I have Jake as my primary now. I am autistic and did not even need to talk on the phone to schedule an appointment; you can do all your intake at home before your first appointment.
He’s not a professional doctor. He didn’t understand the patient’s needs.
Dr. Jake Gurland is great. A hidden gem. He's up-to-date on modern protocols and answer your questions directly and efficiently. I've been seen by Christine and she is great too. Front desk and techs are friendly and efficient. It's not easy to find a good primary care practice in the area.
