Aside from being an expert artisan, Jake was also very nice to deal with. I needed a tennis bracelet fixed, and he pointed out that it was much too big for my small wrist. He suggested taking out the extra links and turning them into earrings, which he did. Now I have a tennis bracelet returned to like new condition and a stunning pair of matching earrings! Highly recommended.
Rude when asked to fix a ring of mine

Quick and quality work! Very satisfied. Jake resized my wedding band and was a pleasure to deal with. It had to be resized to a bigger ring size and there is no visual sign of anything having been done to it. Would highly recommend.
