3-stars for workmanship, 1-star for professionalism and customer service. I never use the fly-by-night tree services that troll the neighborhoods after storms, and this is a lesson to myself not to fall for nice looking trucks as a sign of a quality company. Butler's crew was going door-to-door looking for work and I needed work done. Jake and his team(family) are simply the best in the business. Typically when you choose to hire the vendor with the lowest bid, you don't expect the highest quality or level of care and professionalism. Jake Butler Jr. and his team are the exception. This is family owned and operated business who approach their work with the highest level of professionalism and do top quality work. I have used three different tree vendors over the past five years and I think I found my "tree guys."
