Had a great experience with this auto dealership. I reached out about a test drive online & Jake had the vehicle ready for me when I got there. They also offered a fair price for my beater-van trade-in. We wound up having to wait a bit on the lender, but Jake let me take the car home & then brought the finalized paperwork to our place for signing! I was so excited to get my 2002 yellow bug last year but since I got it it's been nothing but problems. I keep up with the maintenance as needed but yet it's issue after issue. I should have never bought the car. Within the first month the passenger door stopped working and still won't open from the outside. Shortly after that the coolant light was constantly coming on although i had plenty of coolant. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! This is a local family-owned gem, trustworthy and so good to work with. I just bought a Rav4 from them, and Loren made the experience completely smooth and hassle-free. He even personally picked me up from 30 minutes away, since I had the Toyota dealer perform a pre-purchase inspection on the car.
