Services were nice, however the scheduling was a mess from start until finish. No managers wanted to address my issues initially, then Lori finally came over. She was nice, but the girl at the desk was a ditz. I will never return. Save your money
Everyone at JaKays is extremely talented. I wouldn't go any where else. Bridget is an amazing nail artist. along with the rest of the amazing staff.

Lori did my hair color it looks fabulous. Receptionist and entire staff are extremely friendly.

Danielle Kincaid, Fredrick and of course, Lori are incredibly talented. Sharon, at the front desk is an absolute pleasure to deal with and schedules you promptly and efficiently. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I haven't for the past 5 years (since I tried them). An overall friendly environment!
I had a friend from Texas come in and we decided last minute to get our nails done. They got us in the next day and did a great job! They are very clean and well ventilated which I was looking for! I found my new nail salon!
They did a great job with my pedicure! The spa was wonderful!
My daughter's hair color was messed up at another salon. When I called on Saturday needing corrective color, Jakay's fit my daughter into their schedule. Thank you to both the owner and to Frederick for giving her star treatment! She loves it!!!!!!❤️
