First and foremost, I gave the business owner, Laticia Crute a.k.a. "Davis" (per her Skrimp Shack lunch order), one year to respond to my complaint. Not a peep. She was deliberately misleading about her skill level in the craft of hair braiding [since age 12]. Before booking an appointment with her, I reviewed the 20 photos available on Yelp business page.
