Jak's knowledge and capability regarding automotive performance, tuning, and mechanical modifications is top notch. I consider my project car a prized-possession and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on it besides Jak. He has fixed issues other shops neglected and made my car run, drive, and handle better than ever. He goes above-and-beyond to make sure you are a part of the process and is transparent throughout. I HIGHLY recommend Jak for even the most "Frankenstein" type builds. You'll be happy with the results!
I brought my turbo 1995 miata to jak with the means to just have it tuned. It turns out my timing belt tensioner had been crooked and was slowly walking the belt off. Jak noticed it right away and was able to get it done in a timely manner. I also had jak port my turbo due to its over boosting issues it was having. He did all of it for an amazing price and he also has great communication and is overall just a great guy! I will definitely be back. My turbo miata is running better than it ever has due to him.
