Jak is extremely talented, knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and communicative. He designed the perfect engagement ring and helped me every step of the way. He is able to create 3D models of the concept and then 3D print an example with the stone in it. I found it to be an incredibly helpful process and I’m very thankful for his detail and ability to bring ideas to life. I highly recommend supporting this business for any and all of your jewelry needs.
I was looking for a jeweler I felt comfortable with to check the stones, and possibly complete any repairs, to my 1928 Art Deco wedding ring. I also had a pendant and locket I needed help with. When my husband asked me what I wanted for Christmas, getting my pearls fixed came to mind. So we decided to go to figs for the first time. While we were in the store, I noticed a sign for free jewelry inspection, and cleaning and decided to have Jonathan look at my engagement ring and wedding band. This is a wonderful service and I'm so glad we did it because he was able to fix some issues with my heirloom family treasures. Excellent craftsmanship and personalized service. I had been thinking for a while about incorporating my wedding rings and my late husband’s wedding band into one ring. A friend suggested Figs Fine Jewelry. On my first visit I was assured that this was something Figs could (and does) do. Jak and Paige are a pleasure to work with, very caring and patient in helping me decide on a design.
