I recently treated myself to a signature facial with Kayla and was not disappointed! The spa is clean and the room was calming which set it up perfectly. Kayla’s demeanour is kind, she listens and has a calming effect from the second you step inside. Kayla is incredible at performing facials. This spa is a place where relaxation truly begins! To say I am impressed is an understatement. I was welcomed by a serene atmosphere that immediately set the tone for my facial experience. Had an awesome experience - facial with Nicole and mani-pedi with Grace! Great attention to detail and advising every step during facial process. It was so relaxing!! The detailed process with the manicure and pedicure had such amazing results given the fact there was very little nail to deal with!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!
Jaja Spa is amazing! The staff are professional and friendly, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The service was top-notch, with great attention to detail. If you’re looking for a luxurious spa experience in Etobicoke, I highly recommend it!
I saw Kayla for a facial last Mother’s Day (where does the time go?!) and it was such a fantastic experience. I loved how gentle she was, she walked me through the process, and my face felt and looked amazing. I look forward to seeing her again soon!
