Jai was absolutely wonderful! He got me in on a last minute call, and was so kind about it. I needed a retwist and it had been awhile. He did the retwist, repair, and an updo and made me feel so good about my hair again. I was honestly considering cutting it off, but I felt renewed after this appointment. 10/10 Definitely recommend!
