Great staffs… I recently visited this facility and was very satisfied with the service I received. The staff at the front desk were courteous and accommodating, and I truly appreciated the way they assisted me. I had a few questions, all of which were answered thoroughly and professionally. Doctors here at Jaisohn Medical Center are pretty awesome, but the receptionist name of Jisook Yoo shouldn’t work as a receptionist in medical field. She has no empathy nor sympathy for the patient. This afternoon I had to attend to my wife who had brain surgery done and need my assistance right before I takeoff to make the appointment, but I choose to stay with my wife to assist her instead of attending my appointment. Front reception desk is a terrible, bitter, old lady who should reconsider working as customer service and should quit.
