After spending YEARS and an embarrassing amount of money, it was your guidance that led me to resolve polyuria & polydipsia. I now can drink 1L per day and be fine…I CAN’T BELIEVE IT! Dr Jain has been treating my mother for over 20 years. She is an amazing nephrologist and when my mom's PCP started pushing his own vitamin agenda, took my mom on as her primary care physician. Jenn her office manager is fantastic. She follows through on any orders Dr.Jain has put in place and always makes sure I know who to call when we are referred somewhere or when my mom needs scans.
