Dr. Jain operated on my neck and I am certain he is one of the best. His coordinator is wonderful and his nursing staff is the best.
Met with this provider 4/3/2024 if your not text book you not getting treatment he will down play your symptoms he told me if it was truly nerve impingement I would of been screaming in his office but yet multiple MRIs confirmed severe bilateral impingement through my lumbar spine what treatment he was willing to offer me I have tried in the past and told him I would pass on it. Excellent Surgeon BUT Dr Told me He Does Certain Treatments. Asked me to get X Ray's. I Had X-rays done, same day as office visit, came back to office told them I had them done. Dr & his Staff Never called. Now I'm being told he does NOT do the Procedures. I was getting Surgery, I Asked Dr to do Everything to Relieve Pain. Artificial Discs, Vertabrae Spacers / Springs or Numb / Kill the Nerves, He did not. I'm still in Pain. Their Phone System is F-U, Screwed up, Dr NOT Getting messages.
