I’ve taken some time before I wrote this review but I was shocked at how unmediated our mediation was. Seema would sit and listen as my ex and I fought over the phone, name calling and all. Wish I had read some of these reviews before paying her. She said she would help us stay on a schedule to communicate so we could avoid bottlenecks. She didn’t. Seemed she was too busy. I don't know what happened to Seema Jain - I had a perfectly fine experience with the first mediation she provided. Years later I used her for the second round of mediation. She lacked professionalism throughout the process - showed complete bias and lost her temper, took months to return my remaining trust funds and only after insistent prodding and follow up from me. And I am still waiting on her producing the paperwork I paid for! I would not recommend Seema Jain to anyone I care about

Andrea Kim, was a much needed, breath of fresh air, in a very confusing and complicated time in my life. My situation was not typical and she was the first person, after several interviews with other lawyers, that understood my situation and helped me navigate though it. I would recommend her highly. She is knowledgeable, caring and conducted herself with the utmost integrity. Thank you so much Andrea, for all you help!
