he listens carefully and has always been friendly, in a good mood.he is very good doing follow up questions and gave me samples.I think his medical group also has an office on frostwood at Mem. Herman Mem. City. I don't know if he uses both offices but it was hard to get the initial appointment. Cons: he needs one more person in the reception area. they always seem extra busy.
