Very knowledgeable Dr about multiple health issues
I'm trying to get a sjogren's diagnosis.. I have elevated labs on early sjogrens panel in 2021, I suffer with chronic fatigue, mouth throat and eye dryness, with positive schirmer test result of <5. I also appear to have a muscle disease (elevated aldolase and CK) with progressive muscle weakness. My neuro has referred me back to rheumatology consultants that refused to diagnose without positive SSA or SSB.
