Very nice "all at front desk" were so kind and helpful
Horrible service. Had to wait over an hour and a half after we paid for services to get our animal back. They were the ones to tell us when to come and still made us wait after taking payment. This is the first visit and will definitely be the last.
Horrible service. They confirmed the appointment time the week before, then 1 hour before when I’m on my way to the appointment they called and said it was actually for 40min later… I didn’t argue and said I’ll still take the appointment… waited for the later appointment and still never called back.. waited an additional 40 min and never called back… meanwhile taking other people that came in after us… don’t waste your time!
