I have my insurance with this office for over 5 years now. I have never had a problem there, the customer service with Jaime, Donna and Sherry is wonderful. Anytime I have a question they always take care of me. They take the time to sit down with me to make sure that my family and I have the correct insurance especially life insurance in case something happened to my husband and I our kids would be taken care of. Contacted this agency to transfer my State Farm policies from South Carolina. Left my phone number and all my information and never heard back from them. Would not recommend and will go with another State Farm Agent.
Very unprofessional office staff. Screwed up my policies and had no attention to detail. I would not recommend! Go anywhere else. Insurance agents are a dime a dozen and these people are not out for customer service, just a buck.
