I love Dr. Santos however you can’t get a call back from his office staff. I have been calling for my test results for 4 days. They said they would call back last Thursday. It’s Tuesday the next week. Still no call back. You cannot call them as the phone is busy 24/7. I’ve been calling two day. Busy signal. Smh. His office staff could use a class about people skills. Dr. Santos cares about his patients. His staff not so much. I wonder how they’d feel if we quit this office and they were out of a job. Smh. No pride in their j... read more
