I love Dr. Santos however you can’t get a call back from his office staff. I have been calling for my test results for 4 days. They said they would call back last Thursday. It’s Tuesday the next week. Still no call back. You cannot call them as the phone is busy 24/7. I’ve been calling two day. Busy signal. Smh. His office staff could use a class about people skills. Dr. Santos has been my Doctor for over 10 years, he is very compassion, caring, friendly, good listener and very dedicated to his patients, thank you for everything Dr. Santos you are the best!! God bless you.
We just recently moved to a new doctor and absolutely like Dr. Santos! he is very thorough and explain in a way that you understand
Dr. Santos is amazing, but sadly this office now considers you just a number and doesn’t provide the best patient care. Even if he’s your primary provider, anytime you try to schedule with him they try to just shift you to the nurse practitioner days later or say they’ve got nothing at all. I was told to consider making appointments in advance for a sick visit, not wellness. It’s a joke.
