I had a great experience with Dr. Jaime Martinez. He was very accommodating to my needs and his ability to speak Spanish as well as English fluently is a huge bonus . Don't hesitate to see him. I am certain he will not disappoint. Also the nurse Robin amazing lady.
I’ve been in to see Dr Martinez since relocating to Bolingbrook quite a few times. His approach has been helpful. There’s no bs, it’s to the point, and he doesn’t waste your time. I’ve enjoyed the team here and Dr Martinez is probably one of my better medical experiences.
Just waited in line to check in. Only one person was at the desk. When I finally got up to check in, I was told I was late and had to reschedule. Truly just disappointed. I had to fast and arrange to be off work to make this appointment. When I arrived, I had to wait at an understaffed registration desk. After waiting, to be told I’m late and they need me to reschedule was certainly frustrating. Excellent Doctor that to my opinion cares about his patients.
Ended up going to the hospital same day before my appointment with him. Called the office and told them I couldn't make the appointment due to BEING IN THE HOSPITAL. Charged a $50 NO SHOW FEE
