Jaime came highly recommended from a colleague from my wife's work. From the first communication through to the last (signing day!) Jaime is the absolute best! She represented us in the sale of our old home and purchase of a new one. Her professionalism and kindness made selling our house during a difficult market feel easy. Her team communicated regularly and were always available. I highly recommend Jaime as an agent and would definitely use her again!
Jaime was a phenomenal realtor that we dealt with for more than a year before our move to Denver. She’s extremely knowledgeable, organized, and quick responding. She did a fantastic job securing us our dream home, and if we moved locally (we aren’t going anywhere for a long, long time) I’d only use her.
Bottom line: Jaime is the best. The End. But why? No one knows the area better than her, especially Central Park. She knows the market, knows the HOAs, all the little details, etc. She's got "a guy" for whatever is needed, and her team makes the whole process easy She helped me buy my townhouse, and helped other friends buy a much larger house- so I've seen multiple transactions and also attended a lot of open houses.
