I would never recommend Jamie Fernandez. She was extremely rude and dismissive during an on-call interaction through the UHS weekend switchboard. My mother has taken a specific prescription for her Parkinson’s for the last six years. Ms. Fernandez incorrectly claimed the medication had been discontinued, when in fact she had overlooked that it was listed under its brand name in my mother’s records.
