I had the good experience of visiting Dr Castro with my sister on 7/24/20024. She was the patient. Dr. Castro reminded me of how doctors were from yesteryear. He sat near my sister so he could hear and understand everything she said. her asked many questions and answered all her questions. He gave her advise. He didn't have a computer he patiently wrote everything down while taking his time. He was never in a hurry. I was amazed. He is amazing. This clinic is extremely unprofessional and rude ! I wouldn’t even recommend this office to anyone in need of anything . The appointment from this morning was not what I expected;everyone was outrageously disrespectful! From the supervisor to the people in the front desk . I wasn’t able to get the people in the front desk name but I was able to get the supervisor’s Melinda Hernandez . This clinic should really re evaluate the staff before they loose all the patients.

My mom went in today and was treated horribly by the staff. They were very rude and was basically told to leave. She asked to speak to the supervisor and the lady said that it was her and wouldn’t even give her her name. Very bad experience.
