Extremely unprofessional and rude office staff, starting with Melinda the office manager. Run the other way!
Dr Castro is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I love him, he's such a sweet man with an awesome bedside manner!!
This Doctor and his staff are just awful. They only take cash, and refuse to provide receipts for hsa submission. They charge twice as much as other endocrinologists in the same area and I've had 3 appointments there and never waited less than an hour, once 2 hours and 20 mintues while the staff and doctor went to lunch. On top of the outright horrible customer service, they refuse to have do referrals, fmla or disability paper work. Dr. Castro is very attentive with a wealth of experience.
Had an appointment scheduled for 8:40 AM. Waited till 9:30 I was the only patient there and the doctor still had not shown up to the office. I came out of the room and said it’s 9:30 and my appointment was at 8:40. Is the doctor even here? They replied he’s on his way and should be here shortly. I had to be somewhere at 10 AM so I left and told them I was going to leave them a bad review. She said “that’s just fine”. No apology nothing also they insist on only taking cash.
