Dr. Gasco, is without a doubt, a world class neurosurgeon. Facing a spinal issue was terrifying, but from my very first visit, Dr. Gasco put my mind at ease. He took the time to explain my condition and the surgical procedure in a way I could understand. He answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. The surgery was a complete success, and my recovery has been better than I ever imagined. His expertise and genuine care for his patients are what make him outstanding. I am forever grateful.
