At first Jason seemed very nice but when my refrigerator quit working in November 2020 the nightmare began. He coerced money out of me to buy a part and 3 months later he still didn’t have it, but kept making excuses and talked me into buying another part. I was very trusting and gullible for many months believing Jason’s lies. Whatever you do don’t give him any money before service. And remember, you get what you pay for. I was looking for a discount.

Do not use Jaid services, Jason charged me $140 for a part he installed on my dryer because it wasn’t drying the clothes fully- after we left we ran the dryer and had the same issue- $140 we paid to have the same problem. I had talked with Jason and said he would replace the thermostat FREE of charged to see if that would fix it- the. He went dark and wouldn’t return phone call or text- complete rip off- DO NOT USE THIS guy unless you like giving away money

I hired Jason from Jaid Appliance to move the counter-depth fridge out of the way so that the Repipe1 Company could access the wall behind the fridge. Jason claimed that a part of his businesses was to also sell high end appliances besides doing repairs. He claimed to have four employees working under him and had equipment costing $30,000 that could bring the heavy fridge up the hard wood stairs without causing any damage. USE AT OWN RISK At first, he was fine, I need a refrigerator moved and then replaced. He said if I paid in advance he would put me on a priority list and come move it back in place within an hour. From what I know about him now Im really surprised he came back at all. He did come back in 2 days. That’s when it got bad. There was a part to the refrigerator missing.
