I had very bad experience with this tax consultancy. Went there as I received CP2000 notice for previous year. In the first meeting and reviewing the notice, they asked me to come after 1.5 months as they were busy with current year tax filing. After 1.5 months when I went, they denied to help with the logic that I did not file my tax with them for the year which I received notice. They should have told me this 1.5 months back on my first meeting so that I could have checked with other tax consultants. Very unprofessional.
Never picked the call. Did not respond to mail.
Amazing people. Great Tax Consultant. You do not have to be in the area to use their services. You can do it over email/phone. I have referred tens of people to them, and everyone has come back to me with a 'Thank You'. So, the 'Thank You' goes to this business, not me. I am a happy, satisfied customer, so are my friends and acquaintances.
