Never picked the calls . When answered back and never responded to the mails . Very bad service . Reached them for filing taxes
I have been with them for 14 years. Absolutely the best. They are very busy but Worth the wait.
I had very bad experience with this tax consultancy. Went there as I received CP2000 notice for previous year. In the first meeting and reviewing the notice, they asked me to come after 1.5 months as they were busy with current year tax filing. After 1.5 months when I went, they denied to help with the logic that I did not file my tax with them for the year which I received notice. They should have told me this 1.5 months back on my first meeting so that I could have checked with other tax consultants. Very unprofessional.
Never picked the call. Did not respond to mail.
