JAI stepped in at a very difficult time and a complicated diagnosis. The team have been incredibly supportive and caring and gone above and beyond to help. There is always a point person to talk to and they are so kind and knowledgeable. Would not have been able to navigate the health care system and get the help I needed without JAI and the amazing people there.
Dr.Gold is the best Doctor ive had In my entire life. He is caring, he keeps his word on follow ups, im never left waiting hours for him. He is a absolute gem to Jai. His bedside manners are A+++. But the coustomer service guy name Cory that answers calls is absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, AWFUL!!!He is rude!! He gets a attitude & smart with me when i call to leave a message or book a appointment . He should NOT be in coustomer service especially for medical no way!!!
